• Project information — site addresses, acreage, project type needed to file permits on your behalf
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers

We also collect limited technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. We use this to understand how the service is used and to improve it.

How We Use Your Information

• File dust permit applications with Maricopa County MCAQD on your behalf
• Send permit status updates, renewal reminders, and compliance alerts
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the service and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Maricopa County MCAQD — project and applicant data required to file your permit
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and analytics, bound by confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

Data Retention

We retain your account and permit data for as long as your account is active and for 7 years afterward to comply with business and tax record requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time (subject to retention obligations).
