DustPermit provides dust permit filing services with Maricopa County MCAQD and permit pipeline intelligence on behalf of our customers. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with Maricopa County.
Filing service fees are due at the time of order. County fees are invoiced separately at exact cost — we charge you the precise amount MCAQD charges us, with zero markup. All fees are stated in USD.
Subscriptions (Annual Filing, Pipeline Intel, Full Stack) are billed annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds.
If a permit we filed causes a dust control violation:

Pipeline Intel data is sourced from public MCAQD permit records and is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy — permit data may lag official records by up to 24 hours. This data is for your internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
DustPermit and its content, trademarks, and software are owned by DustPermit LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DustPermit's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these terms. We'll notify active customers by email 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
